The audience we are mainly targeting is the foreigner from Europe, UK or USA who wishes to come to the Philippines to either live or marry a Filipino. They will probably be mainly English speaking, have no experience of Tagalog or other Filipino language. In the Philippines, different areas speak different language.

Would you rather deal with an Englishman who understands where you are from and what you require, the mentality and the humour, or deal with a Filipino who MAY speak basic English and would more than likely misinterpret your meaning? From my experience, Filipino's understand words but not their meaning. It is not their fault, English is not their first language.

I suggest not to let Filipino real estate agents do business for you, mainly to avoid language difficulties, although there are some excellent agents here.
